Policy and systems change in ways that improve

• Convening local networks to drive positive change
• Advocating for policy, systems and funding reform
• Building community capacity to advocate and
  engage with government

• Piloting and evaluating innovative service models
• Developing our practice in collaboration and system change
• Maintaining strong governance, financial and management systems
